I am sorry I have a complaint rather than a review. I booked this mainly to visit Pamukkale Hieropolis from the pictures and suggestions from friends and mainly your website. The guide told us we will be visiting it after Cleopatra’s pool. We were kept waiting at the gate to leave Cleopatra’s pool till past 4pm waiting for the transport to arrive. We were very surprised when the guide told us we were heading back to our hotels. I questioned him about stopping at Pamukkale as he outlined before the start of the tour. He came up with some cock and bull story about it being out of bounds as the water has dried up. He said your picture on the website was very old and we couldn’t visit it. I feel there is conflict here between what you promised and charged us for and what we got. We paid a considerable amount for this trip mainly to see this exotic place and not to sit for hours in the cafe waiting for the bus Either you refund us or arrange another trip to Pamukkale this weekend (Saturday or Sunday) as we head back home on Monday 22nd April Your urgent attention will be appreciated Thank you

Dilek was a good guide I enjoyed the trip and the views. The lunch buffet had a great variety of options. The pools were spectacular
