Antalya City Tour with Lunch

When I booked the tour, shopping was not mentioned in the program. Shopping (at 3 different places) was not interesting for me, so it was waste of time for meg.

Waterfalls and Cable Car were worth a visit , but the journey to see them , have lunch wait on others on a boat trip , call in to a jewellery outlet shop which wasn’t requested made it an extremely long day , so much so we got a taxi back from Antalya to Belek rather than wait on the bus

Great value for money and the guide was great fun. Had a brilliant day out. The cable car and boat trip were amazing

Frida was an excellent tour guide, she made us feel ease and explained all the historic points to us. Furthermore, we had small group and had fantastic time. The meal was nice too had shish kebab and everything went smoothly as expected. Can't really fault anything here. To be honest I have been let down before with excursion but I must admit Frida made us feel so conformable and being around here we felt in safe hands. Her English is awesome she used to teacher I would recommend using them.

We had a very disappointing experience on this tour. We were collected from our hotel in a minibus with minimal AC and driven to Antalya to the lower waterfalls. The lack of AC made the 30-40min journey quite unpleasant. Here we met the rest of the group and saw the lower waterfall before being transferred into a larger coach with good AC. On the way to the Upper waterfalls the guide explained that to achieve cost saving several tours had been combined and therefore the itinerary has changed. We quickly realised this meant that we would not be 7.5hours as advertised and the guide said we would be 9.5-10 hours and likely to return to Belek around 19:15. We were taken to a silver factory (an added stop) which took an additional hour and we were hassled by the staff there who were trying to sell us silver jewellery. All-in-all an unpleasant experience and wasted an additional hour of time. Additionally they charged several people extra for the cable car. Many said they had paid already but there was no wifi (no one could get the bus wifi working) so people paid up as they couldn’t check their bookings. We felt very uncomfortable as the guide went around asking people for money especially as the combination of tours meant some people were forced into this. We had to leave the tour and pay for our own taxi back to Belek as we need to be back within the advertised time limit. We asked for this to be refunded. The tour operator was very rude and said they wouldn’t as we had participated in all activity (a complete lie). The guide said the advertised timings were wrong. Overall I would not recommend this trip as there is no guarantee what you will receive.
