Assan was a good river guide, funny and interesting. The river is beautiful, albeit being not that wild. However, didn't except to lose as much time as it took to do the actual rafting waiting doing nothing for some other people to do the quad/boogie/zipline rides... Also, the water shoes were not included, couldn't go barefoot or with flip flops, and sold at 10eu a piece.
Was told to wait outside hotel at 8 15. Waited till 8 35, no one came. Went to eat instead, then got a call saying they were there at 8 40, we got there 2 minutes later and the van was driving away. Messaged them to tell them we were there and that they were late just to get told that it was our fault that they were late by almost 30 minutes... They offered to come back after, where by then we were frustrated and told them not to come back. Never apologised for the inconvenience they caused, offered a refund, or a date change. There's many more companies that offer similair services, go with them.
Driver was late went to wrong address Niobe told us it would take two hours to get there! In a non air con bus with lose seats not great! Stop off they say half way but it was just so you could buy refreshments and it was only ten minutes away so waste of money! The rafting was not really wild tbh it was ok but mild water rafting is a better title than wild water rafting! They said half way down we stop for refreshments again it was a rip off you paid over the top price for. Corn on cob or a savoury cheese pancake as it turned out the end of the WWR was only ten minutes away then you had to wait for others to do the dusty bike or buggy ride and zip wire it was a long day! The dinner was quite nice chicken skewers and salad n rice but u had to endure the hard sell for video and pictures
Awesome experience with Polish captain Dominika,we had great fun on the boat with her. Also our group was lovely. Magda and Laura if you are reading this, cheers!
