Visited 25th April. We had a great family out. All rides had great waiting times. But going through the week we had planned it this way. Our longest wait time was 30 minutes. No rides out of action. And we got to ride everything that we wanted. Overall a very good experience and we will definitely be coming back.

The new ride for Nemesis Reborn was amazing! Loving it's new look and atmosphere. The Wicker Man ride is my new favourite next to Rita, unfortunately we ran out of time for, but finished the day with Oblivion.

I'm so upset. I rang to sort out a ride access pass for my daughter and unfortunately they are full. I have booked the hotel tickets etc and now have no access pass. This is very unfair and unjust. Appalled with Alton Towers. My daighter has very complex needs, attends a special school and all they offer us is 4 fast track tickers. Come on Alton Towes I expect better than this. It is not clear that you gave to do this and I haven't done this for 2 years

Had a fantastic day at alton tower theme park, we got there for opening at 10, easy to get into the car park, we walked to the park as there was a que to get on the monorail. We paid an extra £55 each for silver fast track passes, this ticket gets you on rita, thirteen, smiler, oblivion, wicker man & glactica fast tracked ONCE, it was quite busy when we went so this worked well for us, we went on the important rides at least once but still quite expensive on top of the entry fee. We ate hot dogs & also ate at the chicken place (cant remember its name) near oblivion… food was all really nice but it was expensive, £15 for a adults crispy strips, fries & a drink. Park was clean & tidy. Overall a fun day & cant wait to go back.

The best theme park ever, queue times were really short. Staff was really helpful friendly and very interactive. The Dungeons were excellent.
