Operates: Leaving at 9 am and finishing at 4:00 pm We leave from the blue bus stops in the lagoon car park, behind the Deck Cafe on the main street. If you walk through the cafe (it is a thoroughfare) you can't miss the blue bus stops.

D was great, friendly, approachable, informative. It was a miserable day, rain, but that didn’t matter we had lots of different experiences and a fun time. Would definitely recommend.

Overall the tour was very good. The guides were wonderful, the stops were beautiful and our guides obviously knew a lot as it all felt very informative. My only disappointment however is that there was no rainforest walk. The two big selling points for my partner and I were the waterfall and the Conway Rainforest walk, however one was skipped without any discussion or information. Had we been told we can’t do it because of x y z then that would have been absolutely fine, we’re understanding people. But not mentioning anything and just skipping one of the parts of the tour that I was most interested in is rather disappointing. We did drive past it so it could be that you just get shown where the walk is without actually doing it, but if that is the case I feel the wording is very misleading. I would still absolutely recommend doing this tour, we did still have a wonderful day out, it just wasn’t entirely as expected.

The tour was fantastic, offering a delightful mix of experiences. The bus driver impressed us with her friendliness, making the journey even more enjoyable. We had a truly wonderful time.

Was a great little excursion, the bus was there early for us to get on and out of the heat, a friendly driver who I’m sorry to say have forgotten her name but chatted the whole time, the waterfalls were great in a nice flow and the pool at the bottom is great for paddling in and relaxing, they also lent us some pool noodles which was great to help just float about and chill, she arrived back on the time she said couldn’t ask for more from a nice little morning trip!
