My wife's 50th birthday and what a night to remember, this was a 5* trip with the food to match. We opted for the privilege service which meant window seat and a certain amount of drink including champagne and some fine tasting wines. Our waiter was constantly keeping our glasses topped up from the moment we were sat at our table until when we docked. The food was all very well presented and of very good quality as well. There was a singer on board too and she really made the evening very special as she would walk up and down the boat and spend time at the tables singing to you. We loved this trip and will definitely go on it again when we return. Thank you so much for a fabulous evening

Very disappointing. Felt like a scam. After only being told around 2 hours before we left to get the boat we had an email to say the boat would be docked due to 'technical reasons' and we would get a partial refund. I replied to the email message as instructed and advised we would still have the meal with the partial refund as it was booked for a double birthday celebrations and thought it would be nice to be sat by the eiffel tower at night but we were wrong. We still havent heard about our refund which is terrible customer service considering the £350 we paid. We tried calling but no one answered from La Vacanza Travel and the bateaux parisiens company could not help and again stated there was a 'technical reason' why the boat would be docked. No one who we spoke to, including the tour boat manager, could tell us what the reason was and it honestly felt like the only reason it didnt tour was because the boat didnt have enough bookings. Other boats in the fleet were able to complete their dinner and the cruise part. Perhaps they could have moved us to another boat but this didnt happen. The food was nice but definitely not gourmet. It was freezing on the boat and we had to eat with our coats on (despite being inside). The singer also had her coat on. When asked why it was so cold and could the heating come on we were told it's because they had just opened the door which was a lie as it remained freezing! Waiters were lovely but this was not worth £350 at all. This was a birthday treat at this price and we feel really let down by the whole experience. Management unhelpful. Food not high end enough for the price we paid. No customer service.

The Seine at night is magical! The Eiffel Tower sparkled as did the river - like a Van Gogh painting. The food was beautifully prepared and the wine pairings perfect. Thank you for a very memorable experience!
