This was one of the best experiences my husband and I have had. We were uncertain if we wanted to paraglide, however we’re glad we chose these guys. Ben, Zach and the entire crew made us feel comfortable from the start to the end. We learned they have many years of experience and do this because it is their passion. The guys talked to us during the entire trip and made us feel comfortable, calmed our nerves and made the entire activity effortless. We are looking forward to future jumps- just wish we could being the same guys along with us! Thanks for making our trip to Switzerland one that we won’t forget!

Absolutely the best time. Well worth the money, without a doubt in my mind. Even from 800 meters above the valley, you feel totally calm and safe. Truly a fantastic experience all around!

4 of us from our family went and it was an awesome experience. The guides are great - very experienced and friendly, made us feel at ease. It was cool enough at first but then you clear the Murren ledge and are looking down 2,500 feet and it's amazing. Opportunity to buy video/pics at the end for reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Could have been great but was far from it. One of the pilots on our way up seemed a little off. He was making jokes about this being his first time doing this, just getting out of prison and that we’re going to do a “lot of spinning” to which we say “no,no, no”. Sure enough not long after take off he did a few steep banked turns (I get that they probably weren’t steep to an experienced paraglider, but this was my first time). I got sick. I’m a small plane pilot, lived on ships, never been sick on a rollercoaster, plane or car. I didn’t understand how other people could handle this. When we got down, I asked my wife if her paraglider did sharp turns and she said definitely not. I reached out to airtime to share my experience. I spoke with Kora who didn’t let me speak before asking “did you tell him not to?” I said I have no idea what’s normal or not normal for paragliding and assumed this was how he had to turn. She got aggressive and asked me if we said no when he joked about spinning on the way up. I said my wife said “no, no,no”. She said “well, did you actually say no or just your wife?” What? I thought we made it fairly clear. I was going to let this go until I got an email from the manager, Kathryn which instead of an apology or an attempt to find out what happened, she accused us of having drank too much champagne the night before because we mentioned to their guides that we had a glass of champagne upon arrival at the hotel when we arrived the day before: “ I have been advised from our Pilot that the vomiting could be a result of consumption of alcohol (champagne) the previous day, which affected the enjoyment of your flight. Naturally, we would never allow anyone under the influence of alcohol to fly but at the time, the pilot perceived that there was no obvious signs of very recent (today) alcohol. However, upon reflection, when your wife and yourself had first met the Pilots, there were discussions of a most enjoyable night with champagne” They did offer me another flight which seems odd after an aggressive email blaming me for the bad experience before ever getting the information. My entire day in Lauterbrunnen was ruined by being sick. My advice is that if you’re at all hesitant to do this, don’t do it. If you do choose to go, try a smaller company with less variation in the guides. If you go with airtime, ask for Toby. He was an absolutely wonderful person and my wife had a nice flight with him.

So, so, so much fun! Our pilots were courteous, professional, and kind. We had less than ideal weather, but they made the most of our flight time and we walked away with memories that will last a lifetime. I had reservations about the experience, but they were obviously practiced at calming nerves and really made it a day to remember. The photos and video footage were well worth the price...don't stress yourself during the flight, just buy them afterwards. Honestly, we couldn't have had a better experience. This company is top-notch. We would recommend them to absolutely anyone/everyone.
